Capturing Amusement Parks in Context
It’s about savoring your surroundings and waiting for the perfect moment when the light breaks through. I decided to photograph a local theme park on a rainy day, capturing the fleeting beauty when clouds parted to let a glimmer of light shine through.
I chose to present the images in black and white to evoke a sense of nostalgia and to convey a dreamlike quality, reflecting both my memories and the ethereal atmosphere of the scene.
